Running on the biorob servers

You will need to make sure that your job can run on the distributed systems. If you want to run a job on the biorob servers, you will need to make sure that your code is compiled for 64 bits, Ubuntu Precise LTS (12.04). If needed, you can compile your code on biorobcn-gw which should have all the required development files installed. If you need additional development files, please ask the biorob systems administrator to install these as per required.
